established by ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485:2000 standards.

We promise the product copes with Chinanational quality standard and related international quality standard. Acertificate of quality inspection and operation manual are enclosed in eachproduct package;
The series No is unique and traceable.

Service Procedure:

All maintenance activities are carried outby our service center and our authorized maintenance center;
For maintenance of malfunction products, please refer to our Warranty Policy .


We provide free technical training to allour distributors.


Weusually ship the parcel by EXPRESS Courier, such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX and EMS,which offer the door to door service toyour house within several days afterdispatched. You even do not need to make customs clearance, or pay little dutywith our as sistance in the files description.

AIR shipment is acceptable for Bulky package.

Freight costwill be calculated after you sent us the confirmed order list.

We shippedthe package out within two working days after payment received.

Insuranceare included in the postage, if item got lost during shipping, we will sendnew.

Package canbe tracked online with the tracking No. from the Courier after shipment.

Warranty Policy:

Warranty period of 18 months for Endoscope  and  Accessories  from  date  of  shipment  under  normal  use  and  service. During the warranty period, freight from the customer to Ocare for any repairor replacement would be on the customer’s account; from Ocare to customer onOcare’s account.


Ocare’s obligation or liability under thiswarranty policy does NOT include:
⑴. Misuse, negligence or accident;
⑵. Repaired by anyone other than Ocare’s authorized representative;
⑶. Original Series NO tag or product identification markings havebeen altered or removed;
⑷. Expire warranty period

ReturnP Policy:

Return isacceptable in 7 days of receipt and please remember to contact us beforearrange the return.

Return itemmust be in original conditions, include package.

For defectiveor wrong items during shipment, we will offer full refund, for any otherreason, postage is non-refundable.
